Eligibility
The Plymouth Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The PHA does not offer a federal public housing program for families.
The PHA offers one public housing community with 112 units that are dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the PHA to pick up an application, located at 130 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (508) 746-2105 during normal office hours.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The PHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Plymouth.
