Eligibility
The Tewksbury Housing Authority (THA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The THA does not offer federal public housing for families.
The THA offers one federal public housing community dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.
There are three ways to apply:
1. Visit the THA to pick up an application, located at Saunders Circle, Tewksbury, MA 01876.
2. Request that an application be mailed to you by calling (978) 851-7392 during normal office hours.
3. Download an application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
The THA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: homeless, substandard living conditions, displaced by natural disaster, displaced by government action, displaced by a hate crime, or rent burden.
More information can be found by visiting the THA website, or by calling (978) 851-7392 during normal office hours.
