Eligibility
The Wakefield Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.
The WHA does not offer a public housing program for families.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the WHA to pick up an application, located at 26 Crescent St., Wakefield, MA 01880, during normal office hours.
2. Download the application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
The WHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Wakefield.
