Eligibility
The Wayland Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The WHA offers two public housing communities dedicated to senior/disabled individuals, and scattered single family homes for families.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the WHA to pick up an application, located at 106 Main St., Wayland, MA 01778, during normal office hours.
2. Request that an application be mailed to you by calling 508-655-6310 during normal office hours.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.
The WHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and/or work in Wayland.
