Eligibility
The Winchendon Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The WHA offers one public housing community with 131 units for senior/disabled individuals and families.
To apply, download the application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to 108 Ipswich Dr., Winchendon, MA 01475.
Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: documented proof if claiming a preference, birth certificate, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The WHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in WInchendon, and veterans.
