Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities (NED) Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities (NED) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments is currently open. 

The HABC is accepting applications for this waiting list from December 8, 2021 until December 31, 2022.

Please note: According to the HABC, "To qualify, either the head of household, co-head or spouse must be under 62 years of age and disabled, and would qualify for a one-bedroom unit. Applicants must be eligible for the Housing Choice Voucher Program".

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
