HUD Public Housing Waiting List

The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) HUD Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least May, 2018, until further notice.

Lowell, MA is about 25 miles northwest of Boston, MA.

To apply, complete an application at the Public Housing office, located at 21 Salem St, Lowell, MA 01854; from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

This waiting list has the following preferences: involuntarily displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, employed, elderly, disabled, live and/or work in Lowell, victim of domestic violence, or veteran.
