Eligibility
The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) Lowell Rental Assistance Fund Program (LRAP) waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for four days in November, 2018.
Lowell, MA is about 25 miles northwest of Boston, MA.
There were three ways to apply during the opening period:
- Download and print the online application.
- Pick-up an application at the LHA office.
- Complete the application at the LHA office..
Once the paper application has been completed, it must have been either:
- Mailed to the LHA office.
- Dropped off at the LHA office.
This waiting list had the following preferences: Involuntary displacement from a natural disaster or government action, working families, Elderly, Disabled, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Victim of Domestic Violence, or Veterans.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
