2-4 Bedroom Family Public Housing Waiting List

The South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) Public Housing waiting list for Family 2-4 Bedroom units is currently open, since at least October 1, 2017, until further notice. No closing date has been identified. It is not known when it was last open.

To apply, call (207) 773-4140, Ext. 220, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ET, to schedule an appointment to complete an application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Elderly, Disabled, and Veterans.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

At the time of the appointment, SPHA and the applicant will determine which Public Housing Development would meet specific applicant needs and requirements.
