1-Bedroom Near Elderly Waiting List

The South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) Near-Elderly (55+) waiting list for 1-Bedroom units at Ridgeland Gardens and Ridgeland Estates is currently open, since at least October 1, 2017, until further notice. No closing date has been identified. It is not known when it was last open.
