Eligibility
The Dundee Housing Commission (DHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The DHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The DHC offers one Public Housing community with 75 units for senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the DHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 501 Rawson St., Dundee, MI 48131, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
- Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (734) 529-2828 from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
