Hilltop View Apartments Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments at Hilltop View Apartments is currently open.

The MSHDA is accepting applications for this waiting list from October 19, 2021 at 8:30 am ET, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for assistance at Hilltop View, if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low income for your family size, you meet program requirements and at least one of the following Supportive Housing Categories:

• Chronically Homeless
• Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population (Top 10% of Local CoC Prioritized List)"

To apply during the opening period, call the Housing Access of Washtenaw County office at (734) 961-1999, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
