The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at Lilac Hills is currently open.

The MSHDA is accepting applications from November 1, 2021  until further notice.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, its "HCV/PBV Program is partnering with VOK LDHA LLC, KMG Prestige and Pine Grove Housing Service" to provide units at this property.

Lilcac Hills is located at 4605 Lilac Lane, Kalamazoo, MI 49006.

The MSHDA public notice states that "Proof of legal identity (birth) and proof of a valid Social Security number will be required for all members of the household."
