Rivers Edge Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Rivers Edge is closed. Applications were last accepted on a limited basis from June 1, 2021  until an unconfirmed close date. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for rental assistance at Rivers Edge if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low-income limit for your family size, you meet program requirements and at least one of the following Supportive Housing Categories:

• Special Needs
• Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population"

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call Community Care Services.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
