Hickory Way II Supportive Housing Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Supportive Housing Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Hickory Way II is closed. Applications were last accepted from July 7, 2021, until an unconfirmed close date. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for assistance at Hickory Way II apartments, if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low-income limit for your family size, you meet all PBV program requirements, and one of the following Supportive Housing Categories:

• Chronically Homeless
• Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population (Top 10% of the Local Continuum of Care Prioritized List)"

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call Housing Access of Washtenaw County.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
