The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) Premium Unit Senior (62+) Housing Program waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at the communities listed below is currently open. Applications are being accepted from April 1, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: 

  • Only Parkview Plaza in Mendota Heights has one-bedroom premium units.
  • This waiting list opening is for the following properties:
    • Apple Valley - Cobblestone Square
    • Farmington - Vermillion River Crossing
    • Inver Grove Heights - Cahill Commons and Hillcrest Pointe
    • Lakeville - Argonne Hills and Main Street Manor
    • Mendota Heights - Parkview Plaza and Village Commons
    • Rosemount - Cambrian Commons
    • South St. Paul - Dakota Heights, River Heights Terrace and Thompson Heights
    • West St. Paul - The Dakotah
