Workforce Housing Program Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) Workforce Housing Program waiting list for apartments at the properties listed below is currently closed. It was last open from February 4, 2019, until April 2, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the DCCDA, "The Workforce Housing Program is designed for moderate-income families with children under the age of 18 and provides affordable one-, two- or three bedroom townhomes in nine of the major cities in Dakota County."

This opening was for the following communities:

  • West Village
• Lakeville
  (2 bedroom units)
  • Cedar Valley
  • Country Lane
  • Keystone Crossing
  • Meadowlark
  • Prairie Crossing
• Rosemount
  (2 bedroom units)
  • Carbury Hills
• Rosemount

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live, work, hired to work, or attend school full-time in Dakota County.

It is not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
