Eligibility
The Fergus Falls/Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (FFOTCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The FFOTCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 67 units for families, ranging from three and four bedrooms, and one Public Housing Community for senior/disabled households.
There are two ways to apply:
- Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.
- Pick up a pre-application in person at FFHRA, located at 1151 Friberg Ave., Fergus Falls, MN 56537 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The FFOTCHRA does not have a preference.
