Eligibility
The Grant County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (GCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The GCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 80 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the GCHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 10 2nd St. NE, Elbow Lake, MN 56531, during normal office hours.
- Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 218-685-8240 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and the background check must be notarized.
