Eligibility
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Ely (HRAE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HRAE offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the HRAE to pick up a pre-application, located at 114 N 8th Ave E, Ely, MN 55731, during normal office hours.
- Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 218-365-3900 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
