Eligibility
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Eveleth (HRAE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HRAE offers one Public Housing community with 34 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the HRAE to pick up a pre-application, located at 902 Clay Court, Eveleth, MN 55734, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
- Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (218) 744-1010, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
