Eligibility
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of International Falls (HRAIF) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.
Please note: The HRAIF does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The HRAIF offers one Public Housing community with 80 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the HRAIF to pick up a pre-application, located at 1200 Riverside Drive, International Falls, MN 56649, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
- Request to have a pre-application mailed to them by calling 218-283-4114, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The HRAIF does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
