Eligibility
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pipestone (HRAP) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.
There are two ways to apply:
- Download and print the application online here.
- Visit the HRAP to pick up an application, located at 202 2nd Ave. SW, Pipestone, MN 56164, during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The HRAP does not have a preference.
Selected applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
