Eligibility
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. James (RASJ) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The RASJ offers one Public Housing community with 77 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the RASJ to pick up a pre-application, located at 415 Armstrong Blvd. N, Saint James, MN 56081 during normal office hours.
- Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
