Eligibility
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Melrose (HRACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.
Please note: The HRACM does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The HRACM offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for senior/disabled households.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the HRACM to pick up a pre-application, located at 16 E 1st Street S, Melrose, MN 56352, during normal office hours.
- Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 320-256-4600 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
