Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) waiting list for Senior Public Housing apartments is currently open.

The MPHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of October, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: This program is only for 1 and 2 person households.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here.
2. Complete the application in person at the MPHA office; located at 1001 Washington Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55401; from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm CT; Monday-Friday
