Eligibility
The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) waiting list for Disabled Public Housing apartments is currently open.
The MPHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of October, 2021, until further notice.
Please note: This program is only for 1 and 2 person households.
According to the MPHA, "If you are disabled, you must provide proof of your disability (such as receiving Social Security Income or Social Security Disability Income). If you are applying as a disabled individual and are not receiving SSI Disability Income, you must provide a Request for Medical Information Form completed by your physician. This must accompany your pre-application. You must also be the Head of Household or Co-head of Household."
