Eligibility
The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) waiting list for Near-Elderly (50-61) Public Housing apartments is currently open.
The MPHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of October, 2021, until further notice.
Please note: This program is only for 1 and 2 person households.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

Minneapolis, MN 55401 - Dropped off at the MPHA drop box in the front vestibule, located at 1001 Washington Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55401 on weekdays (except for holidays) from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CT.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Near-Elderly, disabled, veteran, homeless, displaced by natural disaster, victim of domestic violence, displaced by government action, student or participant of self-sufficiency program, living in substandard housing.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
