The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is opening soon.

The St. Cloud HRA will accept applications for this waiting list from May 2, 2022 at 12:01 am, until May 6, 2022 at 11:59 pm CT.

The maximum income limits for each household size are available here.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• 90% of applicants selected will need to meet HRA preference requirements, in which they live, work or are attending school full-time in the city limits of St. Cloud or the counties of Benton, Sherburne or Wright. 10% of application selected will be nonpreference.

1,000 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
