Whispering Pines Public Housing Waiting List

The Washington County Community Development Agency (WCCDA) Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Whispering Pines is closed.

The WCCDA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 28, 2022, until March 4, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Call the WCCDA to request an application. 
2. Send an email to the WCCDA.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Emailed to the WCCDA.
2. Mailed to the Whispering Pines Apartments.
3. Dropped off at the Whispering Pines Apartments.
4. Faxed to the WCCDA.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 person household: $55,590
• 2 person household: $63,950

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
