Eligibility
The Cardwell Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for general occupancy.
The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 22 units for general occupancy, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the CHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 123 Circle Dr., Cardwell, MO 63829, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; and from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm on Wednesdays.
Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The CHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
