Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, download and print the application online here. Select the "Project Based Voucher Application" link under the section titled Newly Renovated Project-Based Voucher Properties.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Working, Elderly, Disabled, Honorably Discharged Veteran.
