Eligibility
The Festus Housing Authority (FHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
Please note: The FHA does accept senior/disabled applicants, as long as they have at least two people in the household.
The FHA offers one Public Housing community with 56 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 2 to 3 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the FHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1504 Robert Thompson Lane, Festus, Missouri 63028, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
- Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, divorce decree (if applicable), marriage certificate (if applicable), copy of custody agreement (if applicable).
