Eligibility
The Kirksville Housing Authority (KHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families or senior/disabled household members.
Please note: The four bedroom waiting list is currently closed.
The KHA offers two Public Housing communities with 128 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the KHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 100 Valley Forge Dr., Kirksville, MO 63501, during normal office hours.
- Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, or mailed to PO Box 730, Kirksville, MO 63501.
No documents are needed at this time.
