Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Natchez (HACN) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The HACN offers two Public Housing units with 296 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the HACN to pick up an application, located at 2 Auburn Ave., Natchez, MS, between the hours of 9:00 am until 4:45 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours of 9:00 am until 4:45 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The HACN does have a preference for working families.
