Eligibility
The Richland County Housing Authority (RCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The RCHA offers one Public Housing community with 81 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the RCHA to pick up an application, located at 1032 6th St., SW, Sidney, MT 59210, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling 406-433-1978, during normal office hours.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
