Project-Based Rental Assistance Waiting List

The Durham Housing Authority (DHA) is currently accepting Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Please note: This is NOT the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.
