Eligibility
The Mount Olive Housing Authority (MOHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The MOHA offers one Public Housing Community with 20 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply: Visit the MOHA to pick up an application, located at 108 W Main St., Mount Olive, NC 28365, during normal office hours.
Once the application has been completed, please call the MOHA to schedule an interview at (919) 658-6682.
Be sure to bring these documents to your interview: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
