Eligibility
The Pembroke Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The PHA offers three Public Housing communities with 243 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, download the application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered on Wednesdays only, between the hours of 8:30 am and 11:30 am. The PHA is located at 606 Lumber St., Pembroke, NC.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, bank statements, custody papers (if applicable), proof of any expenses, documentation if disabled, photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when returning the application.
