Iredell County, North Carolina Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Statesville Housing Authority (SHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for six months from July until December, 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This waiting list was originally announced to be open for one year from July, 2018 until July, 2019. However, the SHA closed the waiting list on December 31, 2018. 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Persons Who Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Elderly, Disabled, Displaced by Natural Disaster,

Selected applicants we plareced on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
