Eligibility
The Valdese Housing Authority (VHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The VHA offers one Public Housing community with 121 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the VHA the last three weeks of the month to apply in person, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday-Thursday. The VHA is located at 1402 Lydia Ave NW, Valdese, NC 28690.
Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
