55+ Waiting List

The Minot Housing Authority (MHA) 55 & Older waiting list is currently open, since at least March, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, download and print the application on the MHA website here. Select the "Application" link for a 55 & Older community.

Once the application has been completed, it but be either:

1. Mailed to the MHA at 108 Burdick Expressway East, #1, Minot, ND 58701.
2. Faxed to (701) 852-3043.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
