Eligibility

The Douglas County Housing Authority (DCHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least April, 2016, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply:

Download and print the application online here. Select the "Application Form" link. Persons applying to Woodgate Townhomes must also download and print the addendum on that page in the "When can I apply for housing assistance" section.
Visit the DCHA office to pick up an application, located at 5404 N 107th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68134, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Thursday.
Contact the DCHA to request an application by mail.
