Manchester Housing & Redevelopment Authority Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

There are four ways to apply:
 

1. Visit the MHRA to pick up an application, located at 198 Hanover St., Manchester, NH 03104, during normal office hours.
2. Mail a request to the MHRA at the address above to request an application be mailed to you.
3. Call the MHRA at (603) 624-2100 to request an application be mailed to you.
4. Download the application here, then print and complete.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live/work locally, veteran, displaced by government action.

The current wait time for a voucher is approximately 8 years.
