Eligibility
The Cape May Housing Authority (CMHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The CMHA offers three public housing communities for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply for public housing, visit the CMHA to fill out an application, located at 639 Lafayette St., Cape May, NJ 08204, between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Be sure to bring these documents with you: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
