Concord Tower and Vista Village Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of East Orange (EOHA) waiting list for Near-Elderly (55+) or Disabled Public Housing apartments at Concord Tower and Vista Village is currently open. Applications are being accepted from December 27, 2019 at 9:00 am, until 500 pre-applications for Concord Towers and 800 pre-applications for Vista Village have been accepted.

• Vista Village is an eight story building, located at 70 South Burnet Street, East Orange, New Jersey. This waiting list is for 0 and 1-Bedroom o units only (1 or 2 persons).

• Concord Tower is an eight story building, located at 210 North Grove Street, East Orange, New Jersey. This waiting list is for 1-Bedroom only (1 or 2 persons).

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

Efficiency: $1,007 | One-Bedroom: $1,063

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
