Alfred Speer Village (AMP I), Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic (HACP) waiting list for Public Housing apartments at Alfred Speer Village (AMP I) is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from October 15, 2019, until October 16, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Income limits for each household size were: 

1: $37,350 | 5: $57,600

2: $42,650 | 6: $61,850

3: $48,000 | 7: $66,100

4: $53,300 | 8: $70,400

This waiting list had the following preferences: Applicants who are Passaic Veterans, residents of the City of Passaic and Head or spouse working in the City of Passaic.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
