Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Trenton Housing Authority (THA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled households.

The THA offers nine Public Housing communities with more than 1,900 units for families and senior/disabled households. Information about each property can be found here.

To apply, complete the online pre-application here.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Employed for 2 or more years, elderly, educational or job training program, involuntarily displaced by natural disaster or government action, primary nighttime residence is a supervised shelter providing temporary accommodations.
