The Commons at Martineztown Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at The Commons at Martineztown is currently open. Applications are being accepted from June 1, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application here. Paper applications will not be accepted.

Please note: According to the AHA website, "AHA has free kiosks available to complete your pre-application. These terminals are available by appointment only, please call (505) 764-3953 or email [email protected] to schedule. Walk-ins will not be accepted."

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
