Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the Village of Cuba (HAVC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
Please note: The three bedroom waiting list is currently closed.
The HAVC offers one Public Housing community with 28 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (575) 289-3499 during normal office hours.
- Visit the HAVC to pick up a pre-application, located at 29 Rainbow Loop, Cuba, NM 87013, during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
